Tennis Tips

Keep a Loose Grip Many players strangle their racquets when they serve. How tight is tight enough? On a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being loose and 5 being a death grip, a 2 is about right. Another way to think about it: Pretend you have a little bird in your hand. You want to hold it firmly enough so that it won’t fly away, but not so tight that you begin to squeeze it.

Pickleball Tips

Your foot can be on the line or in front of the line NOT over the line. Throw ball in front of the knee.

To hit a backspin shot in pickle ball, Tilt racquet and move it through space.
