GREEN COMMITTEE (James Anchin, Chair- man and Dick Adler, Vice Chairman): The Committee Chairs together with Wes Dillard (Director of Golf Maintenance) and with the help of J.R. Congdon (Director of Golf Op- erations), have proposed an improvement pro- ject for the North Golf Course. The proposal addresses several issues which, when correct- ed, will provide excellent conditions and playa- bility for another 9 years. In 2029, the infra- structure will need replacing. Proposed are the following: • Restore the size, shape and contours of all the greens; • Construct a handful of new forward tees; and • Make some adjustments to the approach- es to Hole 7 and the 17th Green to improve playability. An architect will be selected soon and the scope of the work will be refined with the help of the committee. Projected costs are be- tween $600,000 and $650,000. Mr. Stanfield reviewed the current Long- Term Project Plan (which includes essential work on such items as community roads, bulk head- ing and other necessary infrastructure items) and made a recommendation to raise the capital replenishment monthly assessment from $200 to $300 per household. It was de- cided to defer discussions and a vote on this to the fall. SECURITY UPDATE (Frank Spitalny, Security Committee Chairman and Fred Corvo, Di- rector of Security): We are maintaining open lines of commu- nication with all law enforcement agencies in our immediate area and also monitoring all security incidents in neighboring gated com- munities. We have received information re- garding a rash of vehicle and home burglaries LONG-TERM PROJECTS PLANNING COMMITTEE (Jeffrey Stanfield, Chairman):

in our area. We are asking all homeowners to be extra vigilant in these difficult times; please keep your homes and vehicles locked at all times and set your home alarm system when you leave your house. Resident lanes will close at 10:00 p.m. each evening so that an officer can monitor all vehicles entering and exiting the community. NEW MEMBERSHIPS: Home sales remain active. We are 3 months into the fiscal year, which began May 1, and we already have twelve (12) new membership sales, 6 have closed and 6 are pending. We continue to have strong interest by prospective purchasers and are predicting a successful fis- cal year ending April 30, 2021. FINAL THOUGHTS: I hope you are staying healthy and enjoying your summer...in spite of all the restrictions due to the virus. Our next Board meeting will be held (via Zoom, of course) on August 20, 2020. Agenda items for that meeting will include re- ports from the Governance, Lifestyle Center, and the Common Area Lot Development Committee, among others.

Sincerely, Norman Barham President
