the standard of care for professional interior decorators involved in performing the Services in Palm Beach County, Florida as described in this Agreement. To the extent applicable, The Decorator will perform its Services in compliance with the requirements of the applicable edition of the Florida Building Code and other local jurisdictional codes, laws, regulations and ordinances.

B. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Project is located on 13495 Tournament Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. The Project as described in this Agreement is a proposed renovation of an existing 119,089 s.f. Clubhouse which will include the following spaces:

C. SCOPE OF WORK:

Construction Administration (CA):

In this Phase, Decorator shall:

 Perform on site review as deemed necessary by Decorator and at the request of the Owner, as it relates to interior decorating only.  Provide correspondence as deemed necessary by Decorator to communicate the above.

Decorating (DE):
