Dear Marty,

We are writing this letter to formally communicate our services and agreement relative to Architecture and Interior Design for Frenchman’s Creek. As you know, Glidden Spina is a licensed Architecture and Interior Design firm in the state of Florida as well as numerous other states around the country. We use our professional services in practicing architecture and interior design in the hospitality world including numerous South Florida Country Clubs. With regards to Frenchman’s Creek specifically, we are being hired and contracting with Frenchman’s Creek to provide Architecture and Design services for the club renovation project. In addition to our team, we will be contracting with numerous other consultants to assist us in our services. These consultants include MEP engineering, structural engineering and design consultants to list a few. This is consistent with standard architectural practices and the consultants that we hire vary depending on the specific project. We are proposing to hire Pembroke and Ives as our “Design Consultant” as part of our team for Frenchman’s Creek. We have worked with Pembroke and Ives over the past 10 years on a variety of projects in this capacity. In addition, we are currently working on numerous projects with other design consultants who are not licensed in Florida and this is very typical in our industry.

We are confident that this is completely accepted method of practice and fully compliant with all regulatory agencies in the state of Florida.
