POA SERVICES The following services are available at the POA Office, located on the west side of the Main Clubhouse by the Golf Pro Shop:

• ADMINISTRATIVE - (copy, fax, scan, e-mail, etc.) • NOTARIZATION - (appointments are requested for lengthier documents) • MAIL AND SHIPPING - (USPS, FedEx, UPS) • TRANSPORTATION - (to and from the airport, theatre, shopping, Beach Club, Main Club; limo service is also available) • WORK ORDERS - (landscape/irrigation, post lights, pressure cleaning, humane animal trapping, fence repair, mailbox repair)
